Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to notify via text or phone call will result in a cancellation fee that will be the equivalent of 35% of the services scheduled with a $65 minimum. (Whichever is greater).
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive 15+ minutes late to your appointment we may have to reschedule. If I do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time it will be considered a "No Show" & will be treated as a missed appointment in which case a cancellation fee will be due.
